At Farberware Cookware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all lids, accessories, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
